Refund policy

At Mian Sons, we want our customers to receive their orders in good condition and as expected. Please read our return and refund policy before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

• The product is received damaged or defective.
• The wrong product, model, color, or size is delivered.
• The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Unboxing Video

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers are requested to record an unboxing video when opening the parcel. This helps us verify the issue and process the claim.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The customer ordered the wrong suit by mistake.
• The product has been used, damaged, scratched, or altered by the customer.
• The product is returned without its original packaging where applicable.
• The return request is made after the specified return period.

4. Exchange

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, Mian Sons may offer an exchange for the same or an equivalent product, subject to availability.

5. Refunds

If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed through the available payment method and may take 3 to 7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a mistake by Mian Sons, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, S I Traders will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for a reason that is not caused by Mian Sons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact Mian Sons through our official contact channels and provide:

• Order number
• Customer name and contact number
• Photos or video of the product
• Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.
